Just added top category "Package group" with subcategories. Check out:

Comments appreciated. Can also attach an url to a Swiki page explaining
these groups, I have no time right now myself but just mail me and I can
add the url if there is a page written.

Note that I chose not to make this category mandatory so we will simply
need to add them to the official ones. So it only groups the official
packages. Also added the "addon" category even if we still will have all
packages not in Basic being in Full.
