Hmm, good question. Let's see... looks like something I probably
removed as part of extracting the VMMaker stuff from the image. I
presumably intended to make a package of it. Wonder if did? Nope.

Hannan made a variant sometime ago (mostly changed to build the image
in-memory I think) that I believe is on SM somewhere.

I notice that the old SystemMonitor also got ripped out and not
replaced, which probably shows something about its usefulness.
