To answer the question:
BFAV shows this as non-closed, the SQFixes archive thinks it's closed.

As much as I understand it, he closed an older thread with this in 
BFAV, and
the SQFIXES archive groups stuff a little different...

HTTP-proxy-Mar02 is *not* closed.
