Perhaps Celeste is using some default such as "pop" without a domain
name.  If you fill in the full name, e.g. "pop.comcast.com", then it
should start working again.

To change the POP settings, use the yellow-button menu in the top left
pane of Celeste.  The menu items you need are near the bottom of the
menu.
