I'm trying to install BFAV 2.01 from package loader and after it goes 
through reading definitions I get the message:

		Error occurred during install: Undefined objects are not indexable.
  I haven't a clue where to begin with this one.
I am using the alpha version of BFAV 2.0 and it seems  to work ok.

I'm running squeak on  OS X 10.3.2  with VM 3.7.1Beta1 latest 
update#5607.
Any help would be appreciated.
