relief: a demo of a minimal Squeak installer/starter

I already have a C:\Windows\Temp directory on my Windows XP 
Professional, and the files seem to be there, but I still get the crash 
I reported to Craig.

"The application or DLL c:\Windows\Temp\SqMOM.dll is not a valid 
Windows image."

I wonder what is wrong...
