Well, I got that far before but I get no response when I click Run other
than the button looking like it clicked. This is on a fresh 3.5a-5169 image
with just SqueakMap and Refactoring Browser 0.94 stuff loaded.
W2000, W32-3.2.3VM.

Any ideas what's (not) happening?
