Hi Chris,

The "from preamble:" part is there to encourage people to document what
they send in. The easiest way to do it is to "add a preamble" from the
change sorter before you send the mail.

This makes it far more likely that other people will evaluate what you
send, and much easier for the people harvesting the ENH and FIXes to
understand what they're looking at.

If it's worth sending to the list, it's worth adding at least this much
documentation...
