windows-like keyboard having F1 to F12 keys)

F4 close
F5 send (or sept into)
F6 step (or step over)
F7 step through
F8 create - if corresponding package in SqueakMap is installed
F9 proceed
F10 restart
F11 where

PreDebugger
F4 abandon
F5 debug
F8 create - if corresponding package in SqueakMap is installed
F9 proceed
