I think that would make this effort (m15n) too big to oversee. Just
moving to another single-byte font encoding is doable (and, just as
important, decidable); adding full Unicode support might be a tad too
much.

The reason I mentioned it, was more to get a full picture of the issues
- how people are using Squeak outside Latin-1, and what mistakes to
avoid when moving to the new encoding in order to - at least - not make
a full Unicode effort harder.

I do agree that Squeak could probably do with Unicode support; but one
step at the time...
