It seems to me, this would be an unnecessary step.  Replacing Apple
fonts with free Latin-X fonts would also solve the license issues now,
and the rest would be ironed out in due order as part of the 3.5 alpha
process.  (A quick fix for 3.4 probably would call for AccuFonts.  Is
the objective to relicense 3.4, or just 3.5 and beyond?)

It may be petty, but the main gripe I have with AccuFonts is that they
carry IMO a stupid and obnoxious name scheme.
