Ah, I didn't know that. Actually, I was just going to use the tag [UPDATES]
by itself, but then I noticed that most of the recent updates postings from
Scott also included [ANN][UPDATES], so I just followed the same format. So in
other words, you can blame Scott for this. ;-)
I suppose the [ANN] tag also causes it to be collected on the SQFIXES page,
which is another undesired effect.
