This fixes the behavior of the Zip (and hence also the SARInstaller)
extractMember:toFileNamed: operation.

Previously (since CS5152ArchiveFixes2-nk), if you gave an absolute name
for the destination, it would still make a relative path.

This change set fixes that problem.
