A squeak3.4 VM will be needed

I think that Stephane's original point was that whatever VM is released
as part of the 3.4 final release bundle (for various platforms), it
should have the 3.4 name. In other words, its filename should probably
be something like "Squeak 3.4 VM".

This was mostly already true for the final 3.2 Mac bundle, although its
name was "Squeak 3.2.8beta9". It probably wouldn't have hurt to just
rename it at that point to "Squeak 3.2", and have further VM versions
called either 3.2patch1 or 3.3beta1, etc. And I hadn't thought of this
before, but it would be helpful to have the word "VM" in the filename,
too. It might be obvious to us which file is the VM, but it's not as
obvious to a newbie. So, "Squeak 3.2 VM".

I notice final 3.2 Windows bundle had "Squeak.exe" for the VM filename.
I don't remember now if a double-clicked image looks for that exact
filename... if it does, no big deal, leave it alone. If not, we might
as well call it something like "Squeak 3.4 VM.exe" for the 3.4 bundle.

A chart listing VM-Image compatibility might be useful, too, but I think
it's not as important as just having the filenames match in the final
releases.
