A squeak3.4 VM will be needed

I may be late to this discussion, folks, but installation is usually the
live-or-die moment for most software. As far as I have seen in Academia,
mostly you give your class on a different type of machine from that which
you own at home and in your office. This means that installation needs to
be really painless, because likely the installation and maintenance people
understand nothing about Squeak. And it had better have a consistkent
interface because otherwise the tutors will be ottally disoriented when
they try to help maintain the student's environments.
