Squeak and I18N

I think this is very important. 

But there's a lot to do:

1) Coordination of the translation efforts.
   I was thinking aboyt setting up a wiki page. This would, for
   now, just contain the short howto I sent to you and all
   open questions.

2) We need to re-integrate all the translations with Yishik's m17n
   package. (So no work is lost. Especially if someone plans to translate
   stuff that is not yet translated in the japansese image).

3) Integration with the main Squeak release.
   This is important. e.g. m17n does not work in 3.6 anymore. We need
   to think about integrating m17n into the main release. 

   As long as this is not done, I think we should make a "international"
   version of Squeak, based on the latest stuff all the translators do.
   This would be based on 3.5 initialy. 

The problem with m17n is that as soon as you need it (like if you have
10y old non-english users) it's a requirement. Even if m17n is not "nice",
not documented or even buggy: That's all irrelevant in this context.
