UIUC updates access removed (was Re: Trouble getting updatesw/o Squeak)

I think we should make the default update server be the machine
responding to the name modules.squeakfoundation.org. Already has
ftp/http servers up (as demonstrated every time someone installs
SMLoader, since I host it there). And Goran is root there, so it should
be pretty friendly to our update streams... :-). It is also where he is
hosting SM itself.
