Hi,
I have a suggestion for the welcome page: can you put the statement 
there to tell people how to set a proxy? Every time I have to search 
for this, figure out to set it, etc. I am quite sure that I am not the 
only one, and as a newbie this is not easy to fix. Since there is a 
Networking section allready, I figured it could go over there. 
Otherwise people read the welcome, click on some link, and then just 
get some error that they cannot fix.
