is there a glaobal instance of SystemNavigation? Or do I have to create 
my own whenever I want to use it?

I'd say this should be in the class comment, otherwise "Error: Method 
Deprecated: Use SystemNavigation>>confirmRemovalOf:on: instead" is not 
too helpful to a newbie.
