This CS does two things for the BugFixArchiveViewer:

* Adds file list items for all the attachments of the selected package
to the package list menu, so you can directly file in, view changes,
etc. rather than having to go through a FileList.

* Adds command/alt-key handling in the package list:
	cmd-v	view attachments
	cmd-c	copy post title to clipboard
	cmd-r	copy 'In-Reply-To: ' header to clipboard for adding to mail
messages

v2: used submenus instead.
