This is very nice - thank you. And very illustrative as well. Especially 
Vassily Bykows first contribution really helps to understand an other
wise an issue which looks complex at the surface.

Well, if the original citation goes like that it is a bit unfair to
Smalltalk to come up with this quotation.

The Lisp nature of Smalltalk is well implemented, but it is somewhat 
hidden syntactically and not often used in our programming.
