added #flattenMorphExplorer Preference for this display mode.
Verified with 3.4a image.

15 August: removed references to MorphProperties, so this will load into
a stock image.

This change set flattens the Morph display in the ObjectExplorer so you
can see the extension and properties at the same level as the Morph
instance variables. You can control this flattening with a Preference.
