[Please confirm/deny] swapControlAndAltKeys doesn't swap

Well, strangely enough the Sensor kbdTest gives correct values for some keys (Ctrl-a = `a 97 64'), but rubbish for others (ctrl-d = `4 16'). I'll attribute this to `never to be found out about peculiarities (lest I find some huge extra slot of playin' round time)'. Thanks Ned for the kbdTest hint.
