Doug Way reported this: the BFAV is not sorting correctly, so its list display does not match http://swiki.gsug.org/sqfixes.  (To match the sqfixes Web page, the BFAV should sort groups in descending order by most recent post in each group.)

This bug is on the top of my to-do list.
