Thanks Ned and Bert!  I just tried Ned's approach and it worked fine. 
Bert's would work better in other cases.

You could either publish it in a project as Bert suggested, or you can 
open the window's halo, and then go to the debug menu and choose 
"save as morph".

Then someone can load the whole window back in from the FileList.
