I'd be remiss if I didn't pipe up with a plug for TestBrowser, which I 
find excellent for doing TDD. It ought to be part of the basic image 
when we get there.

The nice thing about the Test Browser is that it provides more 
flexibility in organizing tests. For example, I prefer to group tests 
by fixture rather than the class they test.
