1.0.2 integrates Boris Gaertner's tutorial from
http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak/2713 and includes his (few and very
reasonable) changes. The tutorial will open when you load the B3D package
and is also (in lack of a better place) accessible from the World's open
menu.
