I've added support for Monticello packages and tools to the SARBuilder 
package.

I have also fixed some bugs.

You'll need a recent version of Monticello to get the Monticello 
support to work right; at least v1.159.

Also you'll want an equally fresh version of MonticelloCVS; at least 
v1.6.

Neither version are yet available on SqueakMap, but probably will be 
soon.

The Monticello support allows you to make SARs that contain the 
MCBootstrapLoader code, for loading into systems that don't have 
Monticello.
