This is why it is a good thing to download:
http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak/uploads/3214/email-file-repository.zip
Just unzip it in the directory for your BugFixArchiveViewer image, and keep on truckin' with reviewing/harvesting. The BugFixArchiveViewer *automatically* loads from the filesystem instead of over HTTP, if the cached email .txt file it requires is present.

Yeah, we *really* need to transition over to using the lists.squeakfoundation.org server. Right now everybody is hammering on Bert's workstation... His Apache config may be choking on the load.
