Hi

I was thinking that someone had done a package to remove the shrink* 
method of SystemDictionary. But I could not find it. It is not part of 
the 9 removals that update Full
contains.

I have no problem not having it I will just move all the that stuff to 
a new class out of
SystemDictionary. So let me know if I'm wrong.
