Bernd's SqueakDoc.org had a nice business feel:
http://web.archive.org/web/20020525053537/http://www.squeakdoc.org/

What would we say is the main purpose of the site?

Just to introduce Squeak?
To attract more Squeak developers?
Only contain the same content that it currently has?
To emphasize its multimedia, educational, or experimental features?
To lower the barrier to entry into Squeak development?
To inspire new applications to be built on Squeak?
News of recent progress?
Get them to the Squeak Swiki ASAP?
To answer Who, What, Where, When, Why, How?
To answer the most likely questions already in the head of the visitor that made them decide to visit the site?
Can we make certain generalize assumptions about the types of visitors to the site?
To connect the visitor to the larger Squeak community ASAP?

Cheers,
Darius
