just tried that VM and indeed it works fine! Will this fix you mention be
implemented in 3.6 final and future releases?

Please try the VM from

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/squeak/Squeak-Win32-3.4.4-VM.zip?download

and see if this helps. There has been a problem which specifically affected
NT and has been fixed since.
