This fixes a serious problem in the BugFixArchiveViewer where 'reset
filters' will (semi-)delete the window due to a repeated call of
initialize.

Also, it makes the filters work as I expected them to: the various group
filters are inclusive, while the author name, email, and text are
exclusive.
