We still need some thirdparty review of this; if it isn't going to
happen ready for the impending beta period we need to know _soon_
because a bunch of stuff depends on what happens.
One thing we need some feedback on is the issue of filing out of
SharedPool type shared pools as opposed to Dictionary type shared
pools.
