changing Squeak's license

I was originally uneasy with the idea of opening that potential can of
worms, but SCO's vindictive actions against the Linux community have
unfortunately demonstrated that "the spirit of open source" is not shared by
all who enjoy its benefits. Besides the very desirable possibility of
winning Squeak the Debian Blessing, clearing up the license issue may be
necessary to ensure that the hard work of a lot of volunteers doesn't
suddenly become somebody's commercial property.
