Hi guys,

Attached is a changeset with all the look enhancements (SystemWindow,
Menus, ScroolBars and FillInTheBlank).

Some minor conflicts with MCP was solved and the changeset works fine in a
3.6 image with all the updates at today.

This version doesn't include the promised preference's option to disable
the new icons in the scroolbars, I'll post a fix later (in a couple of
