The latest and greatest has been registered with SqueakMap.
CommentNotePad has been reworked so that all of its functionality is
available from its main window and its mouse-menu; namely, you can set
QA/harvesting tags, summary comments and detailed comments ( and add
attachment file names ) from the main CommentNotePad window.  The
BugFixArchiveViewer's mouse-menu has been simplified to only use
CommentNotePad, instead of CommentNotePad and MailComposition.

On the model side, BugFixArchive object's default load filter now
include [GOODIE] posts, since I think it's important that some of these
oldies-n-goodies get harvested.
