More improvements for the BugFixArchiveViewer:

- added async updating
- keeps the archives around in memory until all BFA Viewers are closed
- can keep an archive around longer from the menu, by keeping a Keeper
morph around.
- added toggle for groups view
- unified httpClient and emailClient instVars
- improved appearance and resizing of text fields pane
- added support for sorting the archive in different ways (not in menu
yet)
- removed Undeclared refs
