No, sadly not. I wanted to add this, but ran out of time. I just did a 
quick Web-only mirror of SqueakMap. This includes all the files 
(.sar, .cs, ...). So you can Browse SqueakMap with a Webbowser
and copy the package. But you need to use the FileList to install them.
