Well, 'DSM' is me.  I can also officially speak for any submissions from
former Entrypoint/exobox employees covered by their employment agreements.
I can also provide information about the chain of custody and history of the
Accufonts, should they be used - note that I have seen some distortions of
the agreement with Doug Easterbrook posted here, where some informal
requests by Doug were mischaracterized as legal restrictions.
