In fact, there is a full-scale Smalltalk on the Palm -- it is called
"Pocket Smalltalk", and the website is:

http://www.pocketsmalltalk.com

It is not supported by the original author, nor by the person who took over
development and set up the web site, but there is a Yahoo Groups email list
that has a few people on it that use it regularly and answer questions.
