I wonder what would be possible objections against including the ANSI
compability package in release 3.6 or 3.7.  What are the pros and cons?
Building Squeak packages on a ANSI compatible developer image seems to
be a valuable thing to do. Perhaps it breaks existing code? If yes
where?
