Hi,

Waiting for the changes for progress notification I'll start to change the
look of ProgressMorph.

Reading the code I found thet ProgressMorph is using FlashProgressMorph.

I propose to create a ProgressBarMorph (using the code on
FlashProgressMorph).

Then I can change FlashProgressMorph to be a subclass of ProgressBarMorph
or just delete FlashProgressMorph (and use ProgressBarMorph).

I'll produce 2 changesets: one with the refactoring I'm talking about and
the second one with the look changes.

Do you agree?
