Dear Guides,

Please *don't panic*.  You have been doing a *great* job.  You do not
have an emergency to fix.  Instead, just keep doing what you have been
doing.  Of course you will make (minor) adjustments as you go along and
as you refine the process.  Don't panic and feel you must do something
drastic because of the recent discussions.  I think the vast majority of
Squeakers are simply thrilled with your current direction and with the
progress that has been made; I know I am.
