Could you guys make Monticello the default packager that gets installed
when you try and open up SqueakMap? I'm itching to move to it instead
of DVS for Comanche's packaging.

Btw, the latest alpha release of Comance/packaging
(http://people.advantive.com/~spair/comanche/packaging) supports a
couple of URL types that facilitate working with packages and
versions...this enables stuff like:

    'sqpkg://httpserver.kom:6.1' asUrl install
    'sqmap://Connectors:1.9' asUrl install

These have been useful in prerequisite management. If you look at the
release notes for some of the packages on the Comanche site, you'll
notice these URLs are used for describing prerequisites.
