Goran just pointed out that somehow the world menu unregistration for
VMMaker didn't get into the second release of the VMCodeRemovalCleanup
package - which just went into the 3.6a update stream.

Attached is a fix for that and a re-revised package is now on SM.

The misssing incantation apologises deeply for being AWOL and promises
never again to roam the wild hedgerows of cyberspace without a note from
mummy or the officer of the day, whichever is more wheedleable.
