Hi all,

There's now a version of Prefab on SqueakMap.

I've split the package into two parts: XPMReadWriter and Prefab
itself.  XPMReadWriter adds the ability to read and write xpm files
(which Prefab needs) and must be installed first.  It's a stable
package.  

The current Prefab package is a development snapshot and so is _not_
stable.

As always, feedback is welcome.
