Hi Rudi,

What I have done in this case is to open the plugin image with a 
regular Squeak VM, load Connectors, and then save the image.

This is what you'd distribute.

I have a bit on this (though it is in need of being updated) at:

PLEASE NOTE that:
* these files are old and large; please don't download the image!
* I had to make some changes to Connectors for the plugin (but I don't 
remember what right now).
* I haven't done this in a while.

I would try starting with the stock plugin image, and loading 
Connectors into it. If you have to make changes to make it work, I'd 
appreciate getting them.
