[BUG] keystrokes doesn't work properly in PasteUp World (3.2 and 3.4)

Hi, Samir,

Hit shift-escape to bring up the world menu -- this works even if a 
browser currently has keyboard focus; once the world menu is up, the 
"desktop command-keys" can be used with their usual meanings.

Alternatively, keep the #mouseOverForKeyboardFocus preference set to 
true, and when you want to issue a desktop-command-key while a 
browser has keyboard focus, just mildly nudge the cursor outside the 
browser window's bounds, and you can then issue the 
desktop-command-key shortcuts.
