Ned, I just download 3.6a 5640 , load SqueakMap and StarBrowser.
Continue work ,not load any more, and see what happen.

I advice:

relabelFix-nk , your previous fix to SystemWindows whose model is
Nil is not included (I do in my image when you answer my previous bug report
mail)

Welcome window do not show SqueakMap (I report this before)
